Starting clutch use BY sprag roller.

   Type 91 is a sprag starting clutch fitted for mator, such as HOMDA WY125C, CG200 TITAN, CBX200 etc. The outer race inner dimension is 62.332mm, with clutch shaft outer dimension is 45.665mm.

   Type 91B is a sprag starting clutch and exported to Italy to formed their motor starter ,its clutch shaft outer dimension is 45.665mm, with outer race inner dimension 62.332mm.

   Type 91C is a sprag starting clutch and exported to Italy to formed their motor starter ,its clutch shaft outer dimension is 45.665mm, with outer race inner dimension 62.332mm.

   Type 91D is a sprag starting clutch and exported to Italy to formed their motor starter ,its clutch shaft outer dimension is 45.665mm, with outer race inner dimension 62.332mm.

   Type 9104 is a sprag type freewheel cage, fitted for motor such as SUZUKI KRISS, Its clutch shaft outer dimension is 39.627mm,with outer race inner dimension is 56.294mm. This freewheel cage all exported to Malaysia, Tailand and Indonesia etc.

   Type WKH250 is a sprag type starting clutch, fitted to motor starter such as HONDA CH250, Its clutch shaft outer dimension is 42.2mm,with outer race inner dimension is 58.9mm.We have seleted new construction to added the torque from 190N.mto 350N.m, and reduced the noise less. This product have getten patent.

   Type JYM250 is a sprag type starting clutch, fitted to motor starter an YAMAHA motorcycle. Its clutch shaft outer  dimension is 42.2mm, with outer race inner dimension is 58.9mm.

   This series of freewheels are adopted the BY sprag. It is the same dimensions as DC sprag. But , it can be taken the torque higher, life time longer, noise less. It mainly used for automobile start engines and torque converter of automobile and construction machinery etc.. we can also develop and design special type according to customers demand.  

   Type XV250 is a sprag type starting clutch, fitted for motor starter such as YAMAHA MATESTY-250, XV250 etc. Its clutch shaft outer dimension is 42.2mm, with outer race inner dimension is 58.9mm.
